Windows HCK for Windows 8.1
To certify your device for Windows 8.1 or earlier versions of Windows, use the HCK for Windows 8.1.

Latest QFE for HCK for Windows 8.1
If you’ve already started the process of certifying a device using the HCK for Windows 8.1, you’ll need to install the QFE by running HCKSetup again.
Windows Logo Kit (WLK) 1.6
The WLK contains everything you need to certify devices for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 for the Kit Controller, and Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 for Test Clients.
