Virtual Memory Management Unit Functions

The reference pages in this section describe functions for managing virtual memory. The virtual machine interface that each partition exposes includes a memory management unit (MMU). The virtual MMU that hypervisor partitions expose is generally compatible with existing MMUs. The hypervisor also supports guest-defined memory cacheability attributes for pages that are mapped into a partition's guest virtual address (GVA) space.
