Virtual Processor Functions

The reference pages in this section describe functions for managing virtual processors. Each partition can have zero or more virtual processors. Another sufficiently privileged partition can use the virtual processor functions to programmatically access or modify the state of a virtual processor. The virtual processor functions can be used in conjunction with intercepts to virtualize the processor.
