Reference TSC Page MSR

A partition's reference time stamp counter (TSC) page is accessed through a partition-wide model-specific register (MSR). The MSR is shown in the following table.

The reference TSC register is encoded as follows:

63:12	11:1	0
GPA page number	RsvdP	Enable

Bits	Description	Attributes
63:12	The GPA page number	Read/write
11:1	The value should be preserved in the register.	Read/write
0	This bit is set if the reference TSC is enabled.	Read/write
