TscSequence

The TscSequence value is used to synchronize access to the enlightened reference time if the scale and the offset fields are changed during save and restore or live migration. This field serves as a sequence number that is incremented whenever the scale and the offset fields are modified. The valid values of this field range from 0 to 0xFFFFFFFE.

A special value of 0xFFFFFFFF is used to indicate that this facility is no longer a reliable source of reference time and the virtual machine must fall back to a different source (for example, the virtual PM timer).
