Monitored Notification Latency Hint

The latency hint specifies an approximate wait period between hypervisor examinations of the trigger. The latency hint is expressed in 100 nanosecond units. The hypervisor can override the specified latency value if making the latency value somewhat smaller or larger is more efficient. The hypervisor can also override the specified latency value if the latency value exceeds minimum or maximum values.
