Monitored Notification Parameters

Each MNF trigger is defined by a set of input parameters that are compatible with those parameters that the HvSignalEvent hypercall function accepts. These parameters include an event flag number and a connection identifier. If the hypervisor's internal call to HvSignalEvent fails, the hypervisor discards the error and treats the call as a non-operation (NOP).
