Monitored Notification Trigger

The monitored notification trigger can be directly accessed by guests without hypervisor intervention. The trigger is set or cleared by the inter-partition communication code that runs in the communicating guests. The hypervisor places the trigger in memory that is shared by the two communicating partitions and the hypervisor.
