Crypto Capabilties - Functionality

The crypto functionality test verifies that crypto functionality works as expected on the target system. The test does a full general pass for crypto using all supported crypto algorithms and additional testing for AES providers using the Cryptographic Hardware Assist (CHAT) driver.

Running the test

Before you run the test, complete the test setup as described in the test requirements: WDTF System Fundamentals Testing Prerequisites.

The system must be configured to use a third party cryptographic driver with the CHAT driver.

This test returns Pass or Fail. To review test details, review the test log from Windows Hardware Certification Kit (Windows HCK) Studio.
